MERCEDES ZARCO &
CRISTINE BEDFOR
The person responsible for making Cristine Bedford look bright
Behind the facades of hotels, there are thousands of things, great people, and efforts. All those who cannot be seen, and who also have the superpower to make themselves almost invisible, but whose maximum power is to make our stay unique and impeccable.
Mercedes began this adventure with us when in the middle of the pandemic, we were fighting against confinement, masks, all hygiene protocols, gels, and seals.
And three years later we continue to walk together from room to room, ensuring that thanks to his work and that of his team the hotel is as if it had just opened.
And how lucky we were, of course we... always ready, armed with her apron and her smile.
And how lucky we were, Merche is always ready, armed with her apron and her smile.
She organizes our rooms, she checks that nothing is out of place and that nothing is missing, with her housekeeping army she organizes the strategy so that everything is neat and clean. Her welcome letters, my sweets, that every time I go there both the Front Desk and housekeeping leave me, always taking care of the smallest details.
Merche, to many more years together! Thank you for being that superpower in the shadows that makes everything perfect.
Thanks to you and your great team!
Wood stains are removed with toothpaste. Put toothpaste (the size of a pea) on top of the stain and rub it with a dry cloth.
Get the maximum brightness in the mirrors, with a potato. It should be rubbed with a potato cut in half and wiped with a cloth dampened with water and vinegar. Then dry with a lint-free cloth.
To remove coffee stains from cups or tea, rub with citrus peels and salt to make them disappear.
To polish bathtubs, sprinkle salt over the tub and rub with a halved grapefruit.
