ARRIVAL & DEPARTURES
Check-in: After 4 pm, but if you arrive earlier, we’ll be pleased to store your luggage and take care of your needs.

TAXES & FEES
We would like to inform you that the Sustainable Tourism Tax has been applied to all stays in tourist accommodations on the Balearic Islands since 1 July 2016. Thanks to its contributions, we are able to make important investments in order to offset the regional and environmental impact of tourism on Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera.
Hotel eco-fee: The amounts applicable per person over the age of 16 for the first 8 nights are the following:
- Peak season (1 May to 31 October): €2.20/day (VAT included)
- Low season (1 November to 30 April): €0.55/day (VAT included)

PET POLICY
Your faithful friend is welcome in our house. Each dog will have a surcharge of € 30.
- Maximum Weight: 8 kgs.
- Maximum 2 dogs.
- No cats.
Cristine Bedfor Hotel Mahon accepts two medium-sized dogs per room, up to 8kg in weight. The fee for a full stay is €30.00/night/dog. This service includes disinfection of the rooms, as well as a series of courtesy items, for your comfort and that of the animal. The disappearance or damage of said items will entail additional costs. The owner of the dog is solely responsible for the behavior of the animal, as well as for any material damage that it may cause in the room or any other space in the hotel. The owner of the dog ensures that the animal will be kept in perfect health and hygiene conditions to stay in a public establishment. For reasons of the safety and comfort of our staff, the room cleaning service will only be carried out in the absence of the dog. The owner undertakes not to leave the dog alone in the room, except as an exception, if it is in the hotel facilities and for a maximum period of 1 hour.
SMOKING POLICY
The hotel is a smoke-free zone. Smoking is allowed in the hotel’s outdoor premises.

Cristine Bedfor Guest Houses is located in the historic centre of the city of Mahon. Our guest house is 10 minutes away from Menorca’s International Airport. PARKING

Hire a bicycle or simply head out on foot to discover the magic of Mahón’s historic quarter. Restaurants, shops, churches, museums… Our excellent location means that just a short distance away you’ll be able to find the island’s most singular buildings, discover its people, and sample its cultural and gastronomic offerings. Within walking distance of the hotel you’ll also be able to enjoy views of Mahón’s magnificent and famous natural harbour, a must-see spanning a length of over six kilometres.
