Anne Larralde and Marc Pons are the founders of Marco Polo Yachts. Neither of them comes from the nautical sector, but they decided to start a small charter company, seeing the need and the lack of nautical companies in Menorca that offer a more exclusive product adapted to the needs of customers.
Anne is French but with a Menorcan heart. She has always worked in luxury brands, occupying different relevant positions within companies and with a great future in the workplace, but she decided to take a break from her life and follow her husband Marc, who is a commercial pilot. They have traveled and lived in different parts of the world. As a good Menorcan, Marc has always been connected to the maritime world and as he says: “As a child, I didn’t know whether to choose a boat or a plane as a toy.”
