M apas y Compañía began its journey, fortunately for the city of Málaga, in 2002. A new year full of intentions and dreams to fulfill: to travel, to imagine, and to read—three purposes that should always accompany us each time we turn another page on the calendar.
In this bookstore you will find maps from every corner of the world so you never lose your way, globes of all types and sizes to help you locate yourself, and airplanes and hot-air balloons that seem to sail through a universe where the literary, the imaginary, the real, and the tangible all come together.
Y ou will also discover a corner dedicated to Tintin, one of my personal weaknesses, as well as another special space for young readers, because cultivating knowledge and nurturing imagination from childhood is essential.
