Valeria Cotoner entered my life some time ago, with her family who brought joy to my life, filling it with flowers. Aquilea has been and is still a great source of floral decorations. Many important dates have been scented and decorated by this family of artisan florists.
Valeria flew to New York and studied at NYU and Parsons, where she was trained in the world of design. But her family tradition led her to open her own florist’s in the city of skyscrapers. And yet… the pandemic came and like many others she has reinvented herself.
Applying her fine taste and design background, she launched her collection of dresses and caftans in 2021. To celebrate both of our one-year anniversaries, Cristine Bedfor and Valeria Cotoner have decided to launch an exclusive collection for our home.
Using natural fibres, chemical-free dyes and artisan processes, Valeria has created a feminine world of incredible power that is comfortable, sustainable and highly versatile.
We speak the same language, and this collection definitely proves it.
She currently lives in Madrid and the United States, and where lived and worked and finally reached Mahon.
We’re guessing this collaboration is going to be a lasting one that will lead both of us to open new markets… But it’s even better together!
