CREATE A NEW CONCEPT OF SEEING AND
UNDERSTANDING HORSES
Menorca, the horses, and Sita Moll, the perfect combination. Horses are highly sensitive beings, they can teach us to observe ourselves, who we are and how we relate.
It is said that they are our mirrors and so it is, thanks to the fact that they are authentic emotional compasses, expert observers, and exteriorizes of what they see and feel around them.
My need to search for logical answers to questions that I did not find in my career in traditional dressage led me to discover the world of Equine Ethology. The first time I read that horses synchronize with each other both biomechanically and emotionally and that it is their main way of communication, I understood that it could work between humans and horses. And so, a new way of seeing and understanding horses began for me.
Ethology answered questions such as when, how, why and at what time do I apply for the aid? How can I get my horse to do what I want without submitting it? How can I create a bond based on respect and trust with my horse?
Communicate with their horse from its language, logic, and biomechanics.
Ride through some very simple exercises that make the brain create a memory of a correct movement, which results in an instinctive ride/reaction, allowing the rider to feel much more in control and above all to understand the reason behind his movements in a few lessons.
I really like to use this example: If as humans we decide to live in another country, our human logic is clear that we must learn the local language to communicate, we will not teach ours to each of its inhabitants, then why do we continue doing it in 90% of the equestrian centers? When the logical thing would be to learn their language.
